It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky Allen Gagnon of Hoopeston, Illinois, born in Danville, Illinois, who passed away on August 28, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charlie Billingsley and Anita Gagnon (Burton); his adoptive father Don Gagnon; his daughters, Angela Trumann (Billy) of Rossville, IL and April Gagnon of Owaso, OK; his half-sisters, Tammy Roberts (Eric) of Rossville, IL, Joy Greer (Anthony) of Glasgow, KY and Bonnie Billingsley of Glasgow, KY; his grandchildren, Michael, Ashley, Aly, Amber Zarate, Josh, Jordan and Jaslynn; his close friend Michelle Billingsley; his brother Steve; and his close friend Rick Lawson. He was also cherished by 11 great-grandchildren.
