He is survived by: his fiancé Jami Smith (Wallace) of Hoopeston, IL; his daughters, Kaitlyn Smith of Hoopeston, IL and Kira Coon of Hoopeston, IL; his sisters, Barb Arms of Fowler, IN and Tammy Fouse of Hoopeston, IL; and his nieces and nephews, James Fouse (Tomi Nugent), Chelsie Fouse, Roger Dale Arms, Brandon Arms, Jessica Arms, Ashley Arms and Ryan Wilson.
