With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Kay Rutledge of Hoopeston, Illinois, born in Watseka, Illinois, who passed away on August 3, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Ashby and Mildred Ashby (Ristow); her son Mick Rutledge; her grandsons, Derek and Dustin Rutledge; her sisters, Jean Breeding, Gloria Morefield and Betty Gocking; and her brothers-in-law, Pete Breeding, Jr., Morefield, Bob Gocking, Elton Savage, Loren Wilken and Tom Law.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Cullivan (Gus) of Fowler, IN, Carla Rutledge of Hoopeston, IL, Tammy Rutledge (Rick) of Oxford, IN and Laurie Wooten (Bruce) of Hoopeston, IL; her sisters, Lela Savage of Hoopeston, IL, Joyce Wilken of Hoopeston, IL and Connie Law of Hoopeston, IL; her grandchildren, Chris Rutledge, Amber Spielbauer, Joshua, Jonathan, Jeremy, Aaron, Brittney, Chelsea and Courtney Rutledge; and her great grandchildren, Chloe, Adilyne, Haven, Kaden, Matthew, Grayden, Alydia, Sophia, Braxon and Serenity. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
