He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Lithgow and Ruth Lithgow (Mallory); and his brothers, Stanley and Gene. He is survived by: his wife Betty Hodel; his sons, Dennis Lithgow (Becky) of Harrison, AR, Dale Lithgow (Penny) of Hoopeston, IL, Doug Lithgow (Becky) of Huntington, IN and Darrel Lithgow (Kay) of New Palestine, IN; his sister-in-law Donna Lithgow of Paxton, IL; his grandchildren, Phil Lithgow (Lisa), Ashley Dukes (Kris), Matthew Lithgow (Dawn), Alesha Berzenye, Adam Lithgow (Hannah), Alex Lithgow, Nathan Lithgow and Brent Lithgow; and his great grandchildren, James, Jasper, Piper and Chandler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
