He was predeceased by: his parents, William Conrad and Sallie Miller (Walker); his spouse Shirley Jean Crawford; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne and Janet Carter.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Tidwell (Curtis) of Bartlett, TN and Jerry Miller of Murphysboro, IL; his grandchildren, Chelsy Afzal (Shah), Kyle Miller and Braden Miller; his niece Cassy Carter; his nephew Wayne Carter (Emily); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gabby Crose (Bailey), Cayley Davis (Christian), Zach Carter and Carter Martin.
