She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Cook and Betty Cook (Foster). She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rick" Birch; her son Richard "Ricky" Birch II (Mara) of Wellington, IL; and her grandchildren, Aurora and Rhett Birch. She is also survived by several sisters, brothers, and nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made in memory of Jayne to the American Lung Association, P.O. Box 756, Osceola, WI 54020-0756.
