He is survived by: his sister Sue Foster of Hoopeston, IL; his half-sister Cheryl Mullen (Terry); his brother Richard Shore of Ambia, IN; his half-brother Carroll Wayne Crozier of Lafayette, IN; and his aunt Jeanne Shore. He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews.
