He is survived by: his mother Isaias Rubio-Ponce of Mexico; his daughters, Esmeralda Rojas (Victor) of Hoopeston, IL and Alexandria Rubio of Hoopeston, IL; his siblings, Oralia, Martha, Evelia, Luz, Flor Rubio, Melesio, Liverio and Martin Rubio; and his grandchildren, Mauricio, Dulce, Pilar, Maria, Dominic, America, Sofia and Hugo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
