He is survived by: his wife Terri Lynn Hackney (Milburn); his children, Delores Frazier of Hoopeston, IL, Alisha Oliver of Warsaw, IN, Andrea Prellis of South Carolina, Mellissa Higdon of Indiana, Audrey Hackney of Rankin, IL, Alexis Grimes (Austin Mincey) of Danville, IL, Brianna Mathis of Hoopeston, IL, Shannon Bailey of New Jersey, Harry Majewski (Chris) of South Carolina, Leroy McNeal of Rushville, IL and Michael Prellis of South Carolina; his brothers, Raymond Hackney (Jan) of Indiana and Paul Hackney of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Patrick McGuire, Kyle Frazier, Kelsey Roach, Samantha Austin, Tyler Shaffer, Sydney Austin, Devin Austin, Brandon Sutton, Colton Sutton, Lauren Majewski and Zach Curry (Chelsea); and his great grandchildren, Noah Lee Ray Mincey and Preston Ray King. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
