He is survived by: his spouse Lucille Watkins; his children, Nancy Null of Rossville, IL, Timothy Walter (Rosemary) of Morton, IL and Dean Walter (Sheila) of Rossville, IL; his half-brother Walter Duncan (Ruth) of Covington, IN; his sister-in-law Freda Walter of Danville, IL; his stepson-in-law Dick Stump (Judy) of Rossville, IL; and his grandchildren, Melissa Haydek (David), Jennifer Bencher (Jeremy), Rachel Downing (Isaac), Daniel Walter, John Walter (Elizabeth), Telisa Walter, Jamie Christhilf (August), Karen Haggerty (Joe) and Kevin Stump (DeEtte). He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
