She was predeceased by: her parents, Freelin Stevens and Besie Stevens (Mullins); her former spouse Mickey Stumph; her husband Jack Silver; her son Kevin Eugene Reynolds; her brothers, Charles Stevens and James Stevens; and her brothers-in-law, Benny Gibson and Frank Stumph.
She is survived by: her children, Emma Jean Fierens (James) of Evart, MI, Lindy Lou Serban (Jerry) of Hoopeston, IL, Edna Mae Parker (David) of Rossville, IL and Charles Edward Reynolds of Hoopeston, IL; her daughter-in-law Pam Reynolds of West Lebanon, IN; her stepsons, Mark Silver (Barb) of Fruitland Park, FL, Marty Silver (Cynthia Casey) of Rossville, IL, Monte Silver (Peggy) of Hoopeston, IL and Marlin Silver of Peoria, IL; her siblings, Linda Gibson of Jackson, KY and Larry Stevens (Barb) of Crawfordsville, IN; her sisters-in-law, Donna Stevens of Jackson, KY and Ann Stumph of Hoopeston, IL; and her grandchildren, Chrissy Best (Donnie), Bradley Lawson (Brittany), Daniel Lawson (Daveena), Jessica Serban, Meaghan, Susan, Jamie Fierens, Heather Mackovitch (Brandon), Michaela Edwards (Kyle), Lindze Parker, Joshua Silver, Jered Silver (Kelli), Jessica Doeden, Jolyn Clapp (Brandon), Justin Silver (Anna), Julian Silver, Jack Silver, Jeremiah Silver (Breanne) and Jenna Leslie (Shane). She is also survived by twenty-four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (427 E Main St, Hoopeston, IL 60942). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made in memory of Lou to the First Baptist Church, 323 E. Seminary, Hoopeston, IL 60942.
