She was predeceased by: her parents, Froble High and Della High (Hamilton); her husband Larry L. Bell, Sr.; her daughters, Barb and Della Bell; her grandson Brock Pennington; and her sisters, Barbara Hamilton and Deloris McDaniel.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Bell (Garnet) of Corpus Christi, TX, Bobby Chuck Bell (Lisa) of Ambia, IN and Amber Deck (Jeff) of Hoopeston, IL. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
