He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ray Foley Sr. and Susan Parker Foley Henning. He is survived by: his stepfather Melvin Henning of Hoopeston, IL; his siblings, Ralph Foley of Knoxville, TN, Patricia Asselin (Phillip) of Ward, AR, Charlie Henning (Jill) of Lafayette, IN and Patrick Henning of Hoopeston, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Rian, Carolyn, Madeline, Aubrey, Riley, Cameron, Christian, Dylan, Hayden, Waylon and Zachary.
