He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Russell and Edna Mae Gaffney (Sills). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Tilton; his daughter Julie Gaffney (Jeffrey Buckalew) of McKinney, TX; and his siblings, Marilyn Coon (Sam) of Hoopeston, IL, Charles Gaffney (Phyllis) of Brownsburg, IN and Joe Gaffney (Teri) of Hoopeston, IL. He is also survived by five fur babies and numerous nieces and nephews.
