He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Memenga and June Memenga (Lawrence); and his brother Rickey Memenga. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Loebach; his children, Terria Blanton (Steve) of Rossville, Brenda Williams (Frank) of St. Anne, Glen Brown (Kerry) of St. Anne and Mark Memenga (Rebecca) of West Lafayette, Indiana; and his siblings, Susan Embree of Kankakee, Mona Salzman (Michael) of Kissimmee, Sandra Everette of Lafayette, Tunie Shadwell of Shelbyville, Michael Memenga (Debbie) of Bourbonnais and Kenneth Pelletier (Donna) of Bourbonnais. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
