Cannon of Mesa, AZ; his grandchildren, Jaxson Cannon, Alexis and Forest; his nieces, Trisha Miller and Rachel Shaw; his nephew Tony Shaw; his significant other Cathy Smith; and his significant other's sons, Gage Clayburn, Nick Cardenas and Anthony Smith.
