He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rethelford and Dora Rethelford (Campbell); his brothers, Harry, Paul, Richard and Perry Rethelford; and his parents-in-law, Bob and Marcile Chesnut.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Chesnut; his daughters, Tara Caron (Ken) of Scottsdale, AZ and Tricia MacRae (Ian) of Aurora, CO; his grandchildren, Blake, Quincy and Mason; his brother Marvin Rethelford (Judy) of Catlin; and his brother-in-law Randy Chesnut (Linda) of Hoopeston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
