She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hodel and Laura Hodel (Young); her husband John P. Lithgow; and her brother Larry Hodel. She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Lithgow (Becky) of Harrison, AR, Dale Lithgow (Penny) of Hoopeston, IL, Doug Lithgow (Becky) of Huntington, IN and Darrel Lithgow (Kay) of New Palestine, IN; her siblings, Doris Jacob of Westfield, IN, Brenda Kimmel (Les) of Yorkville, IL and Kenny Hodel (Jan) of Peoria, IL; her sister-in-law Donna Lithgow of Gibson City, IL; her grandchildren, Phil Lithgow (Lisa), Ashley Dukes (Kris), Matthew Lithgow (Dawn), Alesha Berzyne, Adam Lithgow (Hannah), Alex, Nathan and Brent Lithgow; and her great grandchildren, James, Jasper, Piper and Chandler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
