She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Lane and Florence Lane (Malady); her husband Norman Lee Carter; her daughters, Vickie Lee Gummere, Jackie Sue Wallace and Kathie Anne Dalton; her son-in-law Robert "Dinky" Dalton; her siblings, Mary Francis Quinn, Robert Lee Lane (Barbara) and Donald Allen Lane; her siblings-in-law, Hellen Jackson (Frank), Ozella Stuck (Charles), Mary Furrow (Raliegh), Beverly Bunch (Moose), Lenora Stuck (Chuck), Stanley Edward Tourangeau, Harold Carter (Ozella), Albert Leon Carter (Kathy), Chauncey Carter (Patricia) and Wilbur Carter (June); her grandchildren, Cynthia Lee Gummere and Thomas Lee Dalton; and her niece Diane Lane.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharie Carter-Bane (Greg Bane) of Hoopeston, IL; her sons-in-law, Doug Gummere of Zionsville, IN, Larry "Doc" Wallace of Hoopeston, IL and Steve Hanson of Hoopeston, IL; her sister Marilyn Kay Tourangeau of Hoopeston, IL; her sister-in-law Diana Lane of Ogden, IL; her grandchildren, Rachael Milner (Rusty), Shawna Claypool (Ryan), Robert Wallace, Jessie Wallace, Christie Pancake (Jim), Robert Gummere (Kim), David Gummere (Ani), Robert Dalton (Bev), Angel Bane and Adrienne Smith; her great grandchildren, Cherity, Chase Milner, Lowla, Marlie, Bradie Claypool, Bianca, Payton, Jaxxlynn, Ryder Wallace, Dylan, Damon Glenn, Michael Gummere, Mathew, Bobby, Anne Marie, Catherine, Luke, Dominic, Veronica Gummere, Emma, Sophia Gummere, Keagan Dalton, Sam Cline (Connor), Onna Dalton, Damian Bane, Lori, Christian, Malea "Ryan" Chandler, Austin, Faithian, Jessie, Aiden and Nathaniel Smith; her great great grandchildren, Oliver Bieber and Jensen Lange; and her close friend Kim Haas.
