With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Kay Blackwell of Hoopeston, Illinois, who passed away on October 17, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Langellier and Wilma Langellier (Hicks); her sister Betty; her sisters-in-law, Frances, Rose, Mary Lou, Marge and Nancy; her brothers, Delmar, Morris, Gordon, Lewis, Lloyd and Jerry Langellier; her brothers-in-law, Raymond Henthorn and Jim Caspers; and her grandchildren, Sydni Blackwell and Alex Pickett.
She is survived by: her husband Steve Blackwell; her children, Amy Pickett (Brad) of Hoopeston, IL and Craig Blackwell (Kristi) of Hoopeston, IL; her siblings, Gloria Henthorn of Danville, IL, Donna Caspers of Rankin, IL, Sue Langellier of Watseka, IL, Ray Langellier (Nancy) of Wellington, IL and Ronnie Langellier of Stockland, IL; her grandchildren, Ryan Pickett (Madison), Madeline Pickett and Meadow Blackwell; her great grandchildren, Kennedy and Wrenley Pickett; her friend Penny Wilken; and also Taylor Pickett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
