Jerome (Tammy) of Hoopeston, IL; her siblings, Tammy Harper (Ron) of Evansville, IN, Wendy Gernand (Charlie) of Hoopeston, IL and Todd Forbes (Peggy) of Boonville, IN; her close friend Dan Sheehan; and her son Joshua Jerome. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one niece; and four nephews.
