He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril T. "Mike" Newman and Carol M. Newman (Curry); his wife Ginger M. Doyle; his mother-in-law Glenda Miller; his brother-in-law Scott Doyle; and his nephews, Nick and Zeb Doyle.
He is survived by: his children, Morgan Newman of Dacula, GA, Michael Newman of Hoopeston, IL and Nathan Alliss (Jessica) of Rankin, IL; his siblings, Chris Newman of Hoopeston, IL, Teri Gaffney (Joe) of Hoopeston, IL, Marti Newman of Dacula, GA and Greg Newman (LuAnn) of Catlin, IL; his grandchildren, Travis Goodnight, Konner, Natalie, Scotty Alliss and Clayton Hawthorne; his nephews, Ryan Newman (Kate), Carl Newman (Allie), Eric Gaffney (Patty) and Jeff Gaffney (Amanda); and his close friend Eric McMillan.
