Amanda Sue Goodrum Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amanda Sue Goodrum of Hoopeston, Illinois, who passed away on March 5, 2025, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Arvel, Flora Chambers, Loren and Virginia Cuthrell; and her stepfather Vern Schmidt.
She is survived by: her parents, Robert Cuthrell and Rita Foley (Chambers); her daughters, Breanna Sue and Lauren Elaine Goodrum of Hoopeston, IL; her stepparents, Larry Foley and Donna Cuthrell; her siblings, Judy Schimmel of Granger, IN, Lisa Arthur (Walt) of Whitestown, IN, Stephanie Rogers (Lawrence) of Pontoon Beach, IL, Robert Cuthrell (Rachel) of Knoxville, TN, Nicholas Cuthrell (Kirsten) of Norfolk, VA, Cody Roark (John) of Alvin, IL, Casey Miller (Candy) of Williamsport, IN, Brandon Foley of West Lafayette, IN and Nicole Foley of West Lafayette, IN; and her caregiver Case Manager. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (427 E Main St, Hoopeston, IL 60942). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to an education fund that has been established for Amanda's daughters at Iroquois Federal, 655 S. Dixie Highway, Hoopeston, IL 60942.
