He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Sumner and Constance Sumner of Homewood, IL.; his wife Deborah Duff of Matteson, IL.; his daughter Amanda; and his brother Hugh.
He is survived by: his children, Sarah Chen (Daniel) and Mathew Bellis; and his sister-in-law Debbi Sumner. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews and nieces and, grand nephews and nieces.
