He is survived by: his wife Joyce Jezeer; his parents, Hette Weijma and Andrea Weijma; his sister Carina Weijma; his brother-in-law Ard Jan Mosterd; his nephews, Oscar, Victor and Kristoff; his siblings-in-law, Esther Jezeer and Jan Joor; and his pets, Charlie and Bennie.
