He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry and Blanche; and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Jennifer and Kyle; his granddaughters, Katelin and Alexis; and his siblings, Mary, John, June and David (Susan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many extended family.
