"Kay"; his children, Rune Johnson (Jackie), Nancy Yoder (Thomas) and Robert Johnson (Kay); his grandchildren, Lauren Kunkle (Andrew), Maggie Nolte (Brian), Matt Johnson, Gina Henrich (Zach), Sarah Milversted (Max), Eric (Leslie), Kyle (Katie), Elle and Karin Johnson; his great grandchildren, Theo, Clair, Carter, Leo, Luke, Sam, Charlie, Kyle and Ellison; and his sister Margaret Appel (Pete).
