She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Terry Phillips; her children, Brian Phillips, Shannon Steen, Lori Self (Raymond), Kelly Phillips and Kevin Phillips (Becky); and her siblings, Donald Phalen (Marcy), James Phalen and Mickey Phalen (Betty). She was also cherished by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
