He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Claxton; his children, Lily Davis, John Claxton (Teresa) and Thomas Claxton; his granddaughter Amelia Claxton; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob, Michael and Gemma Davis; his brother Paul Claxton (Noon); his brothers-in-law, Joseph and Jeffrey Schuler; his parents-in-law, Claire Seville Schuler and Joseph J. Schuler; and his sister-in-law Claire Schuler.
