With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Woolley of Homewood, Illinois, who passed away on September 6, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Alice; his son Keith Woolley of Goshen, Indiana.; and his parents, Florence Woolley (Rabbit) and Claude Woolley. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Woolley and Susan Steiner (Nate) of Homewood; and his grandchildren, AJ, Emma and Allie.
Jerry served as a Regional Director of the National Kidney Foundation and the Executive Director of the American Diabetes Association.
