He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Ann Proby; his children, Cynthia Mahlfeldts (Craig), Robert Edmund Proby and Nancy Helen Proby; his grandchildren, Karin Beth Tryon, Wendy Jean Roake (Daniel) and Joseph James Edmund Proby; his great grandchildren, Jessica Laino, Morgan Green, Cole Roake, Zachary Tryon and Jenna Tryon; and his brother John Michael Proby.
