She is survived by: her children, Michael Thomas (Ginni) and Diane Thomas-Pittari (Tony); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Thomas-Colwell (Steve), Isaac Thotz (Sue), Matthew Thomas (Summer), Patrick Thomas and Nicholas Pittari (Michelle); her parent Christine Chulibrk; and her sibling Thomas Chulibrk (Marcia).
