She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Earl Ongman; her daughter Audrey Jean Lewis of Flossmoor; her parents, Alexander McLean and Helen McLean (Ballentine); and her siblings, Helen May Lawler of Flossmoor and Harry McLean of Frankfort.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Earl Ongman Jr. (Holly) of Discovery Bay, CA, Lynn Whalen (Mare Potts) of Catawba, David McLean Ongman (Patti) of Boston, MA and Kirk Ongman (Teri) of Homewood. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
