He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chruszczyk and Mary Chruszczyk; and his siblings, Rita Vasica (late James) and Stanley Chruszczyk (late Barbara). He is survived by: his wife Judith Chruszczyk; his children, Christopher Chruszczyk, Janine Musial (Chris) and Susan Chruszczyk; his grandchild Britney Musial; and his brother Ronald Chruszczyk (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
