He is survived by: his spouse Carmen; his children, Rudolph Garza and Judy Hammerquist (Jason); his grandchildren, Amber, Christopher, Rudolph, Jr., Emma and Declan; his great grandchildren, Tiegen and Alexei; and his brother-in-law Freddy Martinez.
