He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leo Libka and Carolyn Larrance Libka; his daughters, Lacey Blue (Michael) of Huntington, Dallas Libka (Matthew Varrecchia) of Akron and Tiffany Wright (Joel) of Fithian, Illinois; his sister Shelley Place (Gary) of Homer, Illinois; his grandchildren, Reagan Blue, Gigi Blue, Kinley Blue, Spencer Brown, Anthony Varrecchia, Maddison Varrecchia and Karsyn Varrecchia; his nephew Andy Place (Kirsten); and his niece DeEtta Miller. He was also cherished by his parents, aunt and uncle and many friends.
