He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Phillips and Irene Phillips; and his sister Shirley Phillips Murfin. He is survived by: his wife Dee Phillips; his sister Diann Phillips Tieman; and his children, Kay Phillips, Connie Phillips and Scott Phillips (Cindy). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and sixteen great-grand children.
