He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ann; his children, Jacob Michael, Rebecca Irene and Ryan Joseph; his siblings, John Pachuta (Eileen), Nancy Shrader (Daniel), Marybeth Gutierrez (James) and James Pachuta (Deborah); and his nieces and nephews, Joel, Justin, Jamie, Caitlin, John, Jacob and Reagan.
