He is survived by: his children, Rick Koutsky (Veronica), Barbara Koutsky (Doug Glasscock) and Michael Koutsky (Michelle); his grandchildren, Genna, Anna, Eddie, Lauren, Kara, Amy of Shayne, M. J. and Emmy; and his pets, Charlie and Odin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Bernard Church (13030 W 143rd St, Homer Glen, IL 60491). A burial was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
