She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Frank Pulchinski and Lucille Pulchinski; her brother Edwin Pulchinski (late Kasia); and her sister-in-law Esther Bauer (late Arnold).

She is survived by: her children, James, Thomas (Donna) and Mary Lou Rusco (late Michael); her grandchildren, Michael, Elizabeth Forkel (Michael) and Jacqueline Vanden Toorn (Peter); her great grandchildren, Liam, Aubrey, Noah and Jack; her sister Delores Mantyck (late Ellis); and her sisters-in-law, Maureen Nelson (Ron), Josephine Tracey (late William), Lillian Waters (late Bernard) and Eileen Curtis (late Robert).
