It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. Swiatkowski of Homer Glen, Illinois, who passed away on April 19, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Pamela Swiatkowski (E. J. Galowitch); her granddaughters, Melissa and Samantha Swiatkowski; and her siblings, Teri Falls (Dennis) and Tom Tanner (Dianna).

In lieu of flowers donations to be kindly made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
