Molly B. McNelis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2025, Molly B. McNelis (Homer Glen, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Paddy Slevin, Jimmy Slevin and Dolores Coss. She is survived by: her children, Denise (Mike), Bernadette, Sheila (Tony) and Michael (Laura); her grandchildren, Ailish (Stephen), Caitlin (Joe), Brendan (Lindsay), Sean, Molly, Catriona, Jessica, Eric, Megan, Keira, Ethan, Abby and Liam; her great grandchildren, James, Rionach, Scottie, Austin and Jordan; her significant other Sean; and her siblings, Sean Slevin, Nancy Bergin, Josephine Hanley, Kathleen Delaney and Bridie Slevin. She is also survived by sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, and many dear nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Richard J Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (12641 W 143rd St, Homer Glen, IL 60491). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. Bernard Church (13030 W 143rd St, Homer Glen, IL 60491). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (6001 W 111th St, Alsip, IL 60803).
