She was predeceased by: her spouse Jan; her parents, Adam Fuk and Stefania Fuk; and her brother Stanislaw Fuk (late Helena). She is survived by: her children, Stella Bonarek (Edward), Janine Szwajnos (Zbigniew) and Andrew Barzyk; her grandchildren, Renee Luksa (Daniel), Robert Bonarek (Monika), Joanna Forberg (Kenn), Monica Peksa (Gary) and Thomas Szwajnos; her great grandchildren, Ava, Mila, Theo Forberg, Lucas, Ellie Peksa, Aubrey, Natalie, Everleagh Luksa, Jakub and Amelia Bonarek; and her siblings, Aleksander Fuk (Krystyna) and Czestawa Gajda (late Stanislaw).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard J. Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (12641 W 143rd St, Homer Glen, IL 60491). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Mother of Good Counsel Church (12641 W 143rd St, Homer Glen, IL 60491). A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (7200 Archer Rd, Justice, IL 60458).
