She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wendling and Minnie Wendling; and her brother Frank Jr.'Bud' Wendling (late Joslyn). She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Jamie Miller (Joshua), Courtney Gladden (Erik) and Amy Reed (Wayne); her grandchildren, Ethan Miller, Madelyn Miller and Juliet Barone Reed; and her siblings, Barbara Zylman, William Wendling (Mary) and Kenneth Wendling (Jane).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard J Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (12641 W 143rd St, Homer Glen, IL 60491). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Alphonsus Church (210 E Logan St, Lemont, IL 60439). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (6001 W 111th St, Alsip, IL 60803).
