She was predeceased by: her husbands, Peter Poulos and Daniel Kozicki; her grandson Brian Porzel; her parents, Henry Clark and Bernice Clark; and her brother Walter Clark (Charlotte).
She is survived by: her children, Sue Ann Porzel (Mark), Janie Gold (Brian), Dawn Kowalski (David) and Daniel Kozicki (Ann); her grandchildren, Katie Hein (Jason), Kristen Melchiori (Josh), Sarah Slomka (Dennis), Jonathan Gold (Mandi), Jordan Gold (Shannon), Jake Gold (Lizy), Jessica Mauzer (Matthew), Julianne Tomac (Bryan), Kailee and Karly Kozicki; and her great grandchildren, Hattie, Everett Hein, Logan, Leah Melchiori, Hunter Slomka and Baby Gold.
