He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Peter. He is survived by: his wife Yvette Salcik (Andrzejewski); his children, Alexandra Salcik, Krystina Salcik, Nadia Salcik and JP Salcik; his parents, Joseph Salcik and Theresa Salcik Sr. (Mileusinch); his siblings, Jeff Salcik, Gail Vitucci, Wendy Andres, Terri Doty, Jennifer Salcik and Shelly Salcik; and his mother-in-law Alina Andrzejewski.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the family to be used for his children's education fund would be appreciated.
