He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Grace and Francesco; his brother John Gemmellaro (Lynn); his nephew John Franco Gemmellaro; his niece Nicole Gemmellaro (Rich Strucik); and his aunt Michelle Campione.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Richard J Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (12641 W 143rd St, Homer Glen, IL 60491). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael Church (14327 Highland Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462). An entombment was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (7200 Archer Rd, Justice, IL 60458).
