It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John J. Zinkel of Homer Glen, Illinois, who passed away on December 2, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Laurie (Nee Richter); his children, Jonathon D. O. Zinkel (Jessica), Daniel and Gabrielle Zinkel; his granddaughter Sophia; his godson Silas Mack; his father-in-law Donald J. Richter; his parents, Dorothy Zinkel and John A. Zinkel; and his sisters, Linda Serlovsky (Matt), Laura Irwin and Susan Zinkel.
In lieu of flowers donations to be kindly made to the Zinkel family for Gabrielle's education are greatly appreciated.
