He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Osborne and Gloria Osborne; and his sibling Thomas. He is survived by: his spouse Gerry; his children, John R., Ashley and Alyssa Osborne; his siblings, Maureen Bogg (Jay), Lorraine Mulligan (George), Ken Osborne (B. J.), Brian Osborne (Barb) and Douglas Osborne; and his children, Moose, Lance, Jacque and Sunheart.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Osborne family which will be used to a charity of their choice in memory of John.
