He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Haggard and Katherine Haggard; and his siblings, Kathleen Taylor (Glen) and Bob Haggard (Sandy). He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Brian Haggard, Nicole McDonald (David) and Brandon Haggard; his grandchildren, Sophia and Mason McDonald; and his siblings, Chuck Haggard (Barbara Baird), Pat Phillips (Jay), Pam Prebble (Chris), Rick Haggard (Lori) and Nancy Mueller (Rolin). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 and the IDPH Guidelines private services were held.
